The villas were built to a very high spec with solid wood floors and quality fixtures and fittings as well as remote control air conditioning. The furniture too is stylish without compromising comfort. Venetian blinds on all windows allow protection from the sun as well as giving privacy.

The gardens are beautifully kept as is the pool area, and with the added bonus of the flood-lit tennis courts, makes this villa an all round fabulous holiday base in one of the best spots on the Istrian coast.

Bella Vista is located on a complex of 12 villas which were completed in spring 05'.
Its positioned just outside of the authentic Istrian village of Tar (7 kms Porec, 5 kms Novigrad) and in our view is one of the most convenient locations in Istria to suit all types of holiday maker. The spot is a very peaceful one and from the rear of the property boasts fabulous views towards the west coast looking to Novigrad, perfect to catch the sunsets.

Accomodation
Ground Floor: Hall way, downstairs toilet/shower room, utility room (washing machine, iron/board). Open plan living area (TV, DVD, Stereo), dining (dining table) and kitchen (oven , hob, microwave, fridge/freezer). Patio doors opening leading to outside.

1st floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed and patio doors to balcony. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and doors opening to Juliet balcony. Bedroom 3 with 1 single bed. Bathroom with Whirlpool bath.

Outside: Decked eating area with BBQ, lawned area with mature shrubs. Views out to sea.

Communal area: Swimming pool with bathing furniture, flood-lit tennis courts. Ample parking.

All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot and include: weekly maid service, pool maintenance, air conditioning/heating, all linen/towels (excluding beach towels) and a welcome pack. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before occupation.
