Built in the traditional Istrian way, the materialsused have aided in giving them the authentic feel that its look so desires.

Nestled into a quiet street behind the towns church, it offers peace and quiet while being only a few minutes walk from the many restaurants, and mini markets that Tar has to offer.

Accomodation
Ground Floor: Kitchen/diner (oven, hob, microwave, fridgefreezer, washing machine, iron board) large farmhouse table and benches. Downstairs toilet/shower room. Storage under stairs, iron/ironing board

First floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. bedside tables and chests, hairdryer. Bathroom/shower wetroom.

Second Floor: Lounge/3rd sleeping room with large ftted wardrobe/storage area and large corner sofa (TV, DVD, Stereo, drinks/snacks fridge). Glass doors opening out to terrace with table/chairs and stone BBQ.

Outside: Pergoda and lockable storage rooms. Parking for at least 2 cars. There is a garden opposite the house which unfortunatly this season is not available to tourists (08') but will be availble with a pool for 2009.

All the above rates are for a maximum of six guests + an infant in a cot and include: weekly maid service, pool maintenance, air conditioning/heating, all linen/towels (excluding beach towels) and a welcome pack. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before occupation
