| Croatia Holidays
Istria | Islands | Dalmatia
The choice of holidays in Croatia is second to none. Once a huge favourite with the British holidaymaker, slowly but surely, people are beginning to venture back following the internal troubles of the early 90's.
Croatia is a very stable country once again, and tourism, one of its main sources of industry, is steadily starting to re-build itself. The infrastructure is all there. The restaurants, bars and hotels that were once awash with British tourists are now becoming alive again through the spring, summer and Autumn months.
Croatians are fully aware that the British can offer an extension to the season, and with it's pleasant all round climate, is able to offer a good eight month season.
The restaurants are fantastic, the food sensibly priced and of a very high standard, and the staff friendly. The local wines, and Istria's award winning olive oil is as good as anything you will find throughout Europe. The sea is the cleanest in the Mediterranean offering everything from paragliding to scuba diving.
With the low budget airlines now flying to Croatias main airports, it’s possible for you to enjoy a long weekend/city break or take your full summer holiday there.
